H22a4 block identification
Hey all,
I'm new to this board, and I was hoping someone could answer this for me. I have a H22a4 that was taken from 1993 prelude. Now I know that it could not be the original engine since its an h22a4 not h22A1 or h22A model.. my question is, how can I figure out what year it is from. The problem for me lies in the fact that 98-01 engines have different main bearings than the 1997, with the money I have already spent I am not going to assume they are identical for size.
PN 13321-PT0-004 = 1997 H22a4 main bearing
PN 13321-PCA-004 = 98+ H22a4 main bearing
Anyone know a simple solution to this?
Thanks in advance,
-Scott
