well i went to get some lube for my camshafts at autozone theother day. and they game me this lil tube of castrol engine anti-seize lube. it suppose to work on cams, and all the other things. the thing that bugs me is that my manual says i should use camshaft lube for my cams and another type of lube for my bearings. can i use this castrol for both? has anyone ever used this stuff before?

 

Never used that stuff before, Are your cams new or used? Used cams that already have wear on them I use Childs & Alberts assembaly lube, on new cams I use a moly based grease. Dont know about the stuff you have , if its thick make sure you dont get it in any oil passage ways if you use it.
