Car Jaults like stalling when letting off gas?

Car Jaults like stalling when letting off gas?
When ever im dring normal and i let off the gas the engine seems to jault kind of like if it stalling. What is this? It doesnt do it all the time.

there is an abundance of unburnt fuel still in the cylinders when you let off the gas. The throttle plate closes, and much less air comes in.
