You're shooting these extremely hard to look at angles. Take more like this one as it is easier on the eye.

As for this photo... There is too much crap going on. It's hard to focus. I blurred the background in photoshop to try to give it more of a focus. On your digital camera, perhaps try manual focus to get this effect.

Isn't there something else to do when taking the pic, to blur the background, like lowering the f-stop? Is that what I'm thinking of? Like a higher f-stop would be a landscape style pic, and a lower f-stop would be a portrait style photo?
Anyway, the pics are a whole lot better than what I could do...so props to you! And nice Accord!

I am definately still learing.....keep the comments coming. And your right blurring the background definately helped.

You are correct. Adjusting the f-stop will lengthen or shorten your depth of field (DOF), either bringing the foreground or the background into focus.

My camera is the Olympus D-550.....I am still learning the features and the instruction manual is gey, I finally learned how to adjust film type/speed, and do close ups. What is the f-stop and how would I adjust it so where the picture comes like that naturally instead of via PS?
Thats Denver I take it? My sister is moving up there in a few months.. Im gonna be visiting her occasionally. Is it fun up there or what?

Yea denver is great, tons of stuff to do, when you visit hit a honky up and the scenery is awesome just cluttered (not all that great for pics), and when you visit bring the beast y0.
As far as the angles, after looking at it, they need to be a little less angled. Keep em coming guys.
