This question is in reference to TurboR's car. I was wondering what he might have been talking about when he said he had to hold a button for his MSD while he raced. What exactly was it that the button controlled on the ignition?

And if you (TurboR) had to hold it the whole time why didn't you just tape it down for the run?

If anyone knows what this button is and could explain it? I'd appreciate it. thanks
