prelude wont start?
ok i was at work and i went to warm up my car and it started up just fine. so i went to move and i drove a couple of feet and then backed up and it died. well i thought i just killed it. nope it wouldnt start back up. i only had 2 dots of gas so i was like well i will get some more just to make sure the gauge just isnt screwed up. well that didnt help. so i checked all of the connections i could see. they were all good. so i looked at the spark plugs and they were good. the smelled like gas so i knew it was getting fuel. well i tested the spark. and there was nothing. no spark. so i know my plugs are good, and i just bought some accel wires a week ago so that shouldnt be the problem. so that is all i know. any suggestions??
First I would pull the Distributor cap to make sure that everything looks god in there. I have heard of the arm breaking... Plus if you have someone around have them crank the car while the cap is off to make sure that the rotor turns. (eliminate broken timing belt)
I have seen a few cars before that had similar circumtances. A few days after having a tune up the car will die, and will not restart. If the car was a little over due for it, the old plugs and wires probably had more resistance than usual. This causes the coil to work extra hard. Something about replacing these parts with new ones causes the old coil to finally die. After taking the distributor cap off, then removing the rotor, then coil you will see the coil will look to be melted or have signs of discoloration from high heat. I'm not saying this is your problem, but it was definitely a good suggestion on prelude93si's part.

So far sephro has gave you some good advice check your cap and rotor. When you did your tune up did you change them?
And like Mike comented here, check your coil for any damage or signs of deterioration.
Worst comes the worst it could be your ignition -=/
