I have this clicking noise from my front end. I replaced both front struts,and still have the problem. I replaced the stock ones with Mcphearsons. It's driving me nuts. I went to Honda to get checked out. The tech checked the front end and said everything was "real tight" as far as sway bar,ball joints, etc. The noise is almost constant with any slight variation in the road. You can't really "feel" a problem,but the sound is annoying. Could the aftermarket struts be junk? Could it be the strut mounts somehow even though they are solid steel? Any help would be great, Thanks!!

 

Your struts might not be tightened down all the way...did they check the CV'x?

 

Could it be a CV joint? I'm not having any problem other than that annoying- as- hell click noise.
