Too much for a new accord?

Hi,

My friend wants to buy a new accord. he's got some prices and i dont know but them seemed a little high to me but maybe i'm wrong...
help me find a decent price range?
v6 v4
w/ nav $27532 $25767
w/o nav $25882 $24117

28000 out of door with brane new tsx with navi.

one of my friend just got one last NOV, that thing is so sweet.
