Default Brand new garret turbo...

hey i just came across a brand new garret turbo, i havent gotten a chance to take a pic but it mostly looks like this.....and has an a/r of 1.10......what kind of boost would it push and whats it worth??? thanks!

show me a pic of the exhaust flange i can tell you where that turbo came from.

well that exhaust housing is totally gigantic! i don't know if a built motor would spool that in time, the biggest you normally want to go is a .81(IMO), where did you get the turbo at? ebay?

off of a friend of mine....i got it for 200 bucks, im guessing at worst i can sell it to a v6 or v8 guy....i just figured: Garret, huge, new = worth more than 200 to somebody.....

Actually, due to the fact that he has dual ball-bearing center section, Even on an .82 Exhaust A/R, as long as the motor is built, he'll be more than fine. Hell, my own cousin has one on his new Evo 8, and it runs like a complete dream. You should see the compressor and turbine maps that these GT35Rs have. They are truly amazing, but definately not for the faint of heart (Or wallet)

ya i have no idea what it fits, it has the exhaust inlet just like the one in the pic, but i will get more pics asap so i can find out
