Default installing my turbo kit finally! few small questions inside

hey guys i have a few random questions before I put this all together.

I need to weld and oil tap into my oilpan, where can I get one??

Also what is the best method of installing all the oil and vacuum lines anr fittings??
I do not want to worry about vacuum lines coming undone

My turbo kit did not come with a gasket for the downpipe meeting the turbo housing, do I need one?

I just use a zip tie at the ends of my vacuum lines to ensure they don't come free.

you can use copper-colored silicone sealant between the downpipe and turbo housing
