Why have VX o2 sensor???

Default Why have VX o2 sensor???

Why do people put a vx o2 sensor on their turboed hondas? What does it help?

It has the ability to be used with a wideband.

its an ntk l1h1, you do not use it to replace your stock sensor, you use it in a wideband application.
