How to tell a JDM from a USDM?

How to tell a JDM from a USDM?

How do i tell if my LS motor is a jdm or usdm 1?
1. theres no vins
2. its a B18B
3. the Valve cover has the H logo on it

i'm not sure if its a usdm or a jdm motor

If the engine is stamped simply "B18B" the engine is JDM. If it is stamped "B18B1," it is USDM.
