Default C&R Rad came with 20psi cap...ok?

The rad i got from C&R came with a 20psi cap. Is this ok? Will the increase in PSI be ok for my heater core and such?

That's only 1.36 bar. I think a mugen/spoon cap is about 1.2 something bar. HTH.

We have not had any reported heater core failures with the 19-21 psi cap. We have customers who run 30psi caps with no heater core failure. I have had a 30psi cap on m Honda for over 2 years.

mugen caps are 1.3kg.cm2 compared to the normal 1.1kg/cm2
