Default 89 integra camshaft versus zc camshaft

well i'm just wondering if the two camshaft are the same or if one of them is more aggressive than the other. i'm asking because the zc motor that i have was an automatic and i was told that automatic zc has weaker camshaft. the person who told me this measured both camshaft himself. so is this true or not.

ZC has a far more agressive profile and lift than the very mild Integra one. But to put a set of ZC cams you need to use the integra gears. Anyone who says otherwise doesn't know their butt from a whole in the ground.

I also dont think there was any difference in cam profiles of the auto/maual ZC's....I believe that was just those 1st gen b16's....though this is just what i've heard.
