Do 1st gen integras have ZC engines?

They are actually D16A9's. Pretty much a US version of the DOHC ZC. With about 10 less hp.

Um no a d16a8/9, "two differen't motors relatively the same" are both a replica to a ZC, they just came in the europian models compared to the ZC which came in the japanese modesl only. The USDM OLD 88/89 integra had a "WANNA BE zc" D16a1 it's CALLED...which is nothing LIKE a ZC, just almost looks like one is all, period.
