Your stock ones should be fine, the only replacements i heard of that are good for the H22 is the Type-R ones.

Type R ones could swap into an h22? I know brad from RLZ could modify your stock ones to handle higher lift. But wat im trying to see if the stock ones would do.

What exactly do the LMA's do?

Oh, and I heard the ITR LMA's have to have a certain width washer to act as a shim.

Thats the Type-R guys using the H22 LMA. Cause the H22 is shorter in the Type-R motor so they have to shim it up. I just read that somewhere.
