whenever i push in my clutch it makes a squeaky noise any ideas on what it is.

 

Bump..... I'd like to know too cuz my D16Z6 Sol does it too. Mine has a CenterForce Dual Friction clutch kit.

 

mine did that too, the spring on the clutch pedal was sqeaking on mine. All i did was put some grease. and it went away after 5min of driving.

 

is your clutch a puck disc? if so thats normal

 

Most of the time this is caused by the clutch fork being dry were it sits on the pivot point just inside the clutch housing.

If so, easy fix.

Remove clutch slave cylinder, two 12mm bolts (do not remove line to slave cylinder) and pull back to allow room.
Next, remove boot around clutch fork on trans case.
Then take a small brush with a dab of wheel bearing grease on it and pull back clutch fork toward engine and apply grease to back of clutch fork where it contacts pivot ball inside clutch housing.
Once you are confident that you have lubed the pivot point, reinstall all parts in reverse order and try clutch pedal, noise should have subsided.

This is what typically causes the noise. If not, the other thing I have seen is clutch pedal under dash at return spring. If so, spray liberally with some white lithium grease at all joints and spring.

Do not use white lithium grease for lubing the clutch fork. This could contaminate clutch disc due to being thin and dripping and running. Also, doesn't last very long. Wheel bearing grease works much better, lasts long time, and will not run or drip.
