well after i heard some rattling i found that there was a loose pully and arm bouncing around with all my belts and pullys, well we pulled it out and kept it out and didnt think much of it since it looked like all it was was a guide of some sort.
Anyway, my alternator belt just fell of and im curious if that maybe is because that pully hasnt been in for a while. here is the pully im talking about, or atleast im pretty sure its the pully i have pulled out, im not 100% sure.

any information is appreciated.

I cant see any pic... but from what it sounds like you took out an tensioner pulley of some sort.
:edit: now I can see the pic. It looks like the tensioner pulley for the power steering or the AC

alright thanks, but since its winter and 13 degrees out, its not all that important right now, but yea, if my A/C sux this summer, i will know why. thanks.
if you removed a pulley and things still work it can only be the A/C idler pulley there are only 5 pullies on a integra. 1.Crank pulley(that is attached to the engine) 2.Alt pulley (attached to the alternator) 3.Power steering pump pulley ( it is attached to the p/s pump). 4.A/C compressor pulley (attached to the compressor) and of those 4 none should be able to be simply removed. and last the one it should be, if not and you dont know the difference dont ever open your hood again. 5.A/C idler pulley it is the one circled in the above pic and bolts on by a pivoting arm to the ac compressor braket, it tensions the A/C belt since the A/C compressor is mounted solid, the simplest way is to see what belt is missing.

my A/C belt isnt missing, none of my belts are missing, just that my alternator belt fell off a couple days ago, but that clearly now has nothing to do with this other pully that fell off a long time ago. i was always pretty confident that this pully wasnt all that important, but i just thought i would check. anyway, thanks for all the help guys.
