The rear lower control arms, you should replace them with stock bushing or the mugen bushing. I wouldn't suggest putting polyurethane bushing in the rear lower control arms bushing, because they limit the travel with the arm. This is only important if you are a hardcore roadrace or autox nut like some of us. The the rest of the car you can use energy suspension bushing kit. Oh yeah its very time consuming also but you probably already know that.

ES Master Kit, best $100 you can spend for your car

Along with the master kit you should also get the rear trailing arm bushings (don't come with master kit). Also remember, on your rear trailing arms and LCA's its smart to drill holes into them "after install" and install zerk fittings incase you want to relube them later on in their lifetime.

I mean by time consuming as you are going to need a hydralic press and you have to take apart your suspension liternally. You have to either press them out or burn them out. And what I mean by it will limit your suspension travel for the rear control arms when you go arm turns. But if you are a modest driver you probably won't notice it unless your car is really tweaked. I would just suggest the stock bushing or the mugen ones. Even though they are a little bite more expensive it might be well worth it if you ever start to autox or roadrace in the future. I also know that some people just fill the wholes and cracks in their rear trailing arm bushing with silicon. Its a cheap easy fix until you can get what you really want.

I think goforbroke meant to say rear trailing arm bushings. those are the ones you don't want to be polyurethane. king motorsports is (as far as i know) the only distributor of mugen bushings. I ordered my trailing arm bushings last week, and they said to expect 3 weeks before delivery.

the rear lower control arm bushings come with the ES kit (ordered from summit racing,) but for the rear compensator arms and the rear upper control arms you will need pricey prothane bushings (suspension restoration).
