I just put on my grounding kit at midas and one of the other workers said it will be too much ground for the alternator? ummmm is this possible, because there are only 4-5 ground wires coming from the negative side of the battery.

too much ground for the alternator ah HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH funniest thing I've heard all day. A ground is a ground is a ground is a ground, doesn't matter how many cables connect chassis points to the battery negative terminal.

that really is the funniest theing i've ever heard! whats next, gas is bad for your motor?!

 

If anything the more grounds the better, because bad grounds can and do cause problems w/ engine running and idling smoothly, etc, so might as well give the engine and chassis good grounds.

 

Should of asked him what he thinks a good ground is and what guage is good and other things. Just to make him sweat.
