6th gen plugs
It may be time to change my plugs soon and I have done a search so:
How much would a dealer charge for this?
How long can I estimate it to take if I do it?
Any other useful info/tips.

Useful tips are finding the right gap for the new plugs. Put anti-seize on the threads of the plugs. When putting in the plugs, use a spark plug adapter socket and screw it in using a hand then when tight, use a torque wrench and torque it down (not much torque). That's it!
always check the gap, most of the ngk are pre-gapped but i still perfer checking them.
should beween 13-16 lbs for honda plugs
edit, six gen is 16lbs of torque
anti-serze is nice to have but you can use motor oil to oil the thread and it will work the same way. just a drop of oil and you'll thank yourselt next sparkplug change

6th gen are platinum tipped correct? so the change interval should be around 100K? And remember with an aluminum head, the car must be COOL to do the plugs or risk expensive thread damage. And if you do it yourself 16 lbs of torque if your not using a torque wrench is no that much at all, over do it and you'll regret it. Your not putting on a lug nut (80 lb-ft)

yep, they dont recommend changing the plug until couple owner change
100K i think, I am totally against it, i change mine every 3 oil changes
and that's 3000 mile oil change not 7500 according to the manual
