I just had my jdm h22 vtec installed. It has a jdm LSD tranny, intake, jdm headers, exhaust. MY question is for some reason my gf's 5th gen feels faster?? She just has a greddy evo. I drive her car alot. Im not sure if it jsut sounds faster or is faster. Well.... i was hopin that maybe My car is faster but maybe in a 4th gen it doesnt suppose to feel as fast when inside. OKay i bet some people are lost and i dont blame you. KInda like how a wrx is fast but when inside it feels slow because its ride is smooth?? okay dont know how many replies im gonna get but tell me what you guys think. thanks ludes rule!!!

WRX are fast off the line. but from a roll thats a different story. and im talking about stock ones.

about a week or so ago i was in my friends 5th gen and we raced a 4th gen....my friend with the 5th gen has intake, exhaust, cluth/flywheel and a heavy system....he mopped the 4th gen. After the race we pulled into a gas station to talk to him and he said he had i/h/e but he was an auto.

but the point i was trying to make was maybe his car is faster just doesnt "feel" faster

i never knew ludes could take wrx's? Stock vs stock? Turboed 226 wrx vs. prelude 200hp? CAn anyone confirm? ALso i heard a celica gts could acutally take a wrx in the top end. IS that true? Kind of funny to hear stock on stock wrx's are slow but after install of an up pipe down pipe wrx's are pretty damn fast.

from a rooolllll. i believe the extra drivetrain parts slow down their top end. their best times are because of their launch.

from a roll, 20 mph roll vtec owns me

a stock wrx runs the 1/4 roughly low 14's

my STOCK prelude probaly runs low 15's


when I say hang I mean he's not pulling away like a mother..
