4 lug space to 5

i found a great deal on g racing rims.... but they are 5 lugs! i have 4, how much would it be to convert the 4 into 5? would i have to change the whole disc?

You would have to change the entire hub, brake, and trailing arm assembly, usually from a Type R. Expect to pay $1000-$1500 for the whole conversion.
