Changing rear glass
My rear windshield shattered today. Im looking to pick up a used one from someone. My question is, has anyone ever taken the glass out and put new glass in before? is it a hard job? i have no idea how the glass comes apart.

Is this a G3 rear hatch, or sedan rear glass? What car is it from? If it's a G3 hatch I want to know how that glass broke, because I have RARELY seen the rear glass on a G3 hatch break. Even in massive rear-end collisions I've seen Integras that still had the rear glass intact.
where in NYC could i get it done for 150?
I just opened it today and it shattered. I think there was some ice hanging from the roof over the hatch glass, and when i opened it--boom.

Look what you made me do, had to take out my manual. From what I see it isnt glued together. There is 3 rubber moldings, and 2 rubber dams. As well as a bunch of clips and a few adhesive fasteners. Doesn't seem to hard to do, I say go for it and install it yourself.
