ok the final numbers were pretty bad, it put down 190whp and 160tq at 7psi . they said it is running really rich and they said the problem is 1) secondary o2 not connected so the comp is making it dump fuel, 2) knock sensor code came on, but the knock sensor is working, so it is dumping even more fuel. 3) they said that the injector size that i have is too big for the boost i want to run, i have 440s and they say if i get 310s they can pull more fuel out and get more power, they said they can get it up to about 230 whp if i fix all the problems.
Another problem i found while on the dyno that is not realated to the turbo is my drivers side mount is broken ,WHERE CAN I BUY A DRIVERSIDE MOUNT???
WHERE CAN I GET A O2 SIMULATOR???

them number are really bad, im making 160 on a sohc with stock injectors, which i am about to change. i should be making like over 200 on my motor, which is good for a lil motor.


1) are you using fmu and missing link or vafc hack?

2) what ecu are you using?

3) what type pf injectors are you using...brand.

running rc injectors
and using the stock 99 si computer

 

oh the e-manage by greddy. i dont know much bout that.

maybe u should switch to an obd1 ecu and that eliminates the knock sensor and leaves u with 1 o2 sensor also.

i might have ur driver side mount too. give me a call, pm me on iss if u dont have it anymore.

not sure about how the greddy works with the ecu, but when you get a Ksensor code, doesnt the car go into limp mode, especailly with a missing O2 reading? did you hear any engine ping, should have heard (or sen a dip on dynograph) before 5k rpm to trip the k sensor.

 

Change over to obd1 ecu and your problem with the secondary o2 should be solved. Emanage is not the best either so maybe concider hodata. Im not sure what BS they were talking abouut your Injectors being to big! 440's should be fine.

 

yea it sounds like there fockin idiots.....some people run 1000cc injectors are fine. whats your setup exactly.....
