N00b question about GSR
what does GSR stand for? i heard somewhere around the lines of the s meaning supercharged,but i thought wtf?? is that right or not? so whats the full meaning of GSR
That's interesting. I was told that is was "series" instead of "sport." For example:
RS = Regular Series
LS = Luxury Series
GS = Grand Series
GS-R = Grand Series Racing
Correct me if I am wrong.
And yeah Type R is for: ARRRRRRGHHHH Pirate Series! j/k.

Sounds better, but the GS still owns the LS. We got leather.

Are you guys sure it really stands for something? I'm pretty sure the Civic trim levels of DX, VX, HX, LX, EX don't really stand for anything in particular except to just distinguish between the different trim levels. Si does stand for Sports Injection but that's beside the point.

you sure the Si stands for that, I was told it was "slow import'.
lol
but good point. So why did Acura only choose to do something like that on the Integras?
Like what do the TL, CL, MDX, and other cars mean?
Or are we just "special?"

we're the last of a dying/dead breed: an Acura that isn't just some letters thrown together

I am not even sure about the differences between the two.

umm no sport, GS, LS, RS share the same engine, so the RS will be the fastest in theory because of the weight reduction.
