Okay, there are a lot of other mods available for the F23. You've got I/H, so definitely get an exhaust soon.
Guessing you got plugs, and wires already because I can see the wires clearly, and most people usually install both at the same time.
After you get an exhaust, get a V-AFC, and dyno tune it. Or you could just pick up a cam gear, and a V-AFC later, then tune both on the dyno. TWG from HS gained around 15hp on the high-end from just adjusting his cam gear.
There's also an FPR, upgraded fuel rail, bigger bore TB, high-flow cat, pulleys, ground wire kit, etc.

you are missing this big thing that kind of resembles a snail...i can't quite put my finger on what it's called though...it adds a lot of power though and sometimes hisses, causing a surge or louder hiss when you let off the throttle...oh yeah, now i remember, it's called a turbo

Or something thats come from the far east..some sort of island in the east, long narrow island that happen to craft H and 22 from raw material..what is it called?

Yeah I would deffinently agree that your engine bay is missing 1 cam and 1 turbo...did they fall out or something . BTW how much money do you want to spend on your car? Then we'll really know what to tell you that your missing.

cool another 6th gen owner. same year and everything. hah but yeah i had my single cam all done up for a while then it just got boring. no power at all stupid low emission b/s. saves gas though. but ya thats not wat u want. i dropped an H22 a couple months back. and i have to say it is such a bigger impovement. i am also currently workin on turbo. im pretty sure you'll enjoy it. well keep me posted on your car. i would love to hear wat you've been doin to it.
