Default Code 41, O2...why????

So I was messing with my distributor, replacing a seal and once I got the car back together there shortly I started getting a code 41, o2 code. I'm like, wtf, the o2 is a $150 ngk I bought 4 months ago. So I started messing around, and found one of the harness plugs was a little messed up so I hard wired it, I still have another plug in there to disconnect it as needed. Seemed to fix it for 5 minuted then it came right back up. I know how to wire/crimp some ****, thats not the prob. I reset my ecu and everything but still not getting a signal to my ecu from the o2!!! I double checked my timing, thinking maybe I screwed that up too, but thats all good. Anyone ever have problem like this with o2's or help for me??? I have a h22 in my accord.
