Default Valve adjustments

Ok, I have a 94 Integra RS, and I need to replace the lifters and do a valve adjustment.

Can anyone who has done this tell me what kind of job I'm in for? I'm pilfering all the parts from a spare head I have sitting around.

I just ordered the Honda service manual, but other than that I've not too much experience with this sort of thing.

there are no lifter in your non vtec motor ..you adjust valves with your cams in and on tdc ...using feeler guage between rocker and cam lobe..good luck

you adjust the valve by loosening the nut on the of rocker (lock )and adjust clearance with flat head screw driver or vaLve adjusting tool and lock the nut back up when you have the correct clearance
