Default Upper Rad. hose bulging, coolant draining out of bottom of radiator...

My upper radiator hose is bulging where it meets the block. Also, theres coolant coming out of the drain in the bottom of the radiator. To add to it all, coolant keeps draining into the reservoir, its almost full. Need your input as to what it may be...

ok, you need to replace that hose first. Then check to see if the drain plug thingmajigger is tight, if it is check to see if the radiator is cracked and if it is just running down so it looks like it is comming out of the drain.

You say the overflow bottle is filling up? like as in boiling coolant is pooring in or its just to full?

Check your thermostat. Sounds like it's stuck closed...

Thats what I had thought to, the thermostat. And by the resevoir filling up, I mean its just filling up, like something is causing it to go there instead of into the engine. I took the thermostat out, is there a way to see if it really is stuck closed? the spring still moves when I compress it.

Did it get really really cold there? A few people had problems here with freezing their rads etc. If your mix is off, that could create the type of problem you are seeing as well. (This idea is a real longshot, but was just a thought)
