Default Koni/Comptech settings

My 2000 Civic EX Coupe has a stock 22mm front sway bar and a (recently installed) Comptech rear tie-bar/sway-bar combo set on the least stiffest setting for now. My car also has Eibach Prokit springs and Koni yellow adjustable shocks.
I'm pretty sure I made some good picks when its comes to equipment, but I don't know a whole lot about suspension theory, so...

What do you guys recommend it terms of the Comptech/Koni settings?

Cant really recommend much. Suspension is like women, everybody likes something different. Just keep trying various setting until you find something that suits your needs.

Just for reference, I like running almost full stiff in back and 360 out from soft in front.

Will experiment at an autox tomorrow.

Like Ryan said... it depends on the driver...

What is full stiff on Koni's? How many turns?

This car is not raced on track or street. I push it sometimes but this is my daily driver.

Full stiff is turning it all the way stiff.

I back off 45 degrees or so from that.

I ask because I heard some while back that you're actually damaging the shocks if you run them all the way stiff.
