Draft:FACTORY DC5 non type-s adjustable shocks and struts
I sold my Legend about a week ago and decided to buy and rsx. In the showroom i noticed that their A-spec rsx type-s came with adjustable shocks and struts. I could tell they were adjustable because there was a hex bolt with the numbers 1 through 4 on top of the struts. Yesterday i checked under my hood just to drool over my brand new K20 and noticed the same shocks! i tried using the hex tool and failed... how do adjust the damn thing?
I didn't think the RSX had any adjustable struts, unless the dealer installed them.
The A-spec does not have any adjustablility.
Post a pic or your strut top.

Yes you Can.....we just got one into my Dealership (I sell Acuras In Santa Rosa, Ca) and there is a good amount of difference in the A spec and stock. Now is A spec worth that much money.....i am not sure but i sure like the wheels!
there are numbers written on the top of the struts.... look at them carefully they're written on the rubber. I will post a picture soon... keep in mind my dc5 is an 04'... this may have been some new adjustment honda made ... but i doubt it

I think if they were really adjustable shocks, it would be the leading feature in all of the rsx advertising campaigns, and a much-harped-upon story in all the auto-mags.
Most struts have a hex hole on the top, for taking the thing apart.
Lets see a pic.
