Default Valve adjustments on an LS head

I think i'ts about time to adjust my valves. Anyone know how to do this the right way? I already checked out CSPEED, but it's for a GS-R. Not too sure if it'll be the same for an LS.

The process is the same. The only difference is that you need to know what the valve clearance specs are for the LS motor.

And an LS motor is WAY easier to do than a GSR motor. LS motors don't have any oil squirters and the valve point outward.

HTH.

Did it 2 weeks ago.
You don't really need special tool or bend the wrench.
Recent Super Street says if you have a long enough extension, you don't need to remove front driver wheel either,
just turn your steering wheel all the way to the left.
BTW, the specs for valve clearance is under the hood.

HTH.

That is what I did...there was no need to take the wheel off with my 6" 1/2" drive extension.

Good tip. Thanks for that info!
