ok, i just changed my brake shoes and put everything back together, but i can't get the Drum Covers back on!!! it's like the drum covers wont clear the new shoes.. did i do something wrong?? anybody ever have this happen to them before?

 

You need to turn the adjuster at the bottom of the shoes to compensate for the thicker brake pads.

Yup. Keep adjusting it until you can spin the cover about a half a turn before it stops.

 

I'm suprised this hasn't been touched, but the "cover" you're talking about is the drum. I had the same problem. I adjusted them (the shoes) all the way in and they (the drums) still wouldn't go on so I took a mallet too them. Good Luck
