Are they worth getting?? What benefits does it have?

it helps keep those nasty vapors coming from the vent in your valve cover from your head from getting into your intake. They can be made for real cheap. I would suggest getting one since you are boosted.

yeah its only usefull if your boosted keeps oil from getin in your intake manifold and what not, n/a its pointless cuz your always in vaccum anyway.
