Default 16x7 wheel with a offset of +60 on a ek hatch??

Would a 16x7 wheel with a offset of +60 fit on a hatchback? Would it rub the fenders or the inner part? and if I was to use spacer would the rims stick out like daytons? also the lug pattern is 5x114

more like 17mm spacers, otherwise the wheel probably wouldn't even mount up, it would hit the spindle before it got seated on the brake rotor.

But with 17mm spacers you must run extended lugs. Actually spacers w/ their own lugs included would be best.

And you would have to do a 5-lug conversion.

Actually just get wheels w/ a +40-43 offset, and you won't have any of those fitment problems. Spacers w/ their own lug studs can be very expensive if they are designed properly, it would probably be cheaper, and safer, and easier, to just find wheels meant to fit your car.

What the hell uses a +60 offset anyway???

I believe the s2000 and nsx. I know that the stock front s2000 wheels are 16x6.5 with an offset of +55, and i seen several people running on their civics, i'm just afraid that with the width of 7in and the offset of +60 is just pushing it. also by using those spacer would the wheel stick? does anyone knows a formula to calculate the offset?

if you could mount a wheel w/ +60 it would look like it's sunk into the wheelwell. A spacer of 15mm would give the wheel a +45 effective offset, but again you would need extended studs or better a spacer w/ its own studs. 17mm spacer would give the wheel an effective offset of +43.

true...but my friend is running some mugen mf10's on his EK with a +50 offset w/o any problems. and regarding the extended studs, i'd definately recommend that when running the spacers.
