i have recently put a h22 in my 92 cx hatch, near the same time i put in a new cd player and added a sub, im not sure when this started but now unless i disconnect the battery my main relay makes a vibration noise. It is pretty loud and the noise even changes a little bit when i put on the lights and blinkers, etc. So i bought a new one today this has not fixed the problem, it still is making a noise, does anyone have any suggestions on what i can try next to fix this?

ya it seems like thats the only posibility but i can even touch the main relay and it changes the sound, so i am almost sure this is where its coming from, i am wondering if anyone who did this swap before ran into this problem for some reason.

it sounds like a small chance its alternator whine? certain aftermarket stereos can pick it up, how close are your plug wires to the alt? are any of them touching eachother? if you make sure that all plug wires are loomed with enough space, keep them away from the ALT, then it might be an issue with the cd player head unit...just my .02, but one of my older cars did that, and the wires were just too close to the alt, and i replaced them anyway, as it was time to....hope it helps!
