Default h22 es suspension. progress springs/coilovers or groundcontrol springs/coilovers?

like it says boys, i saw in another forum that these two companies sell springs and coilover systems for 92 hb's w/ h22a swaps. what brand performs better? would it be progress or groundcontrol. another thing, would u go with springs or coilovers? what struts would be used for either setup?im riding on some buddy 17in. wheels w/ kumho 205/40/17. i have $400 right now saved up for my suspension. im also planning on getting all my bushings new again from energy suspension. not to mention some good under strut bars.
thanks again guys, and please only people who have experience with this motor/suspension setup in hb's.
thanks in advance guys!
israel.

i have a set on mine...the progress springs, it rides really nice from the normal springs.

i might get some H&R coilovers or TEIN SS because my shocks are gone

here are some pics...

We have had alot of good things to say about the progress springs with KYB GR-2's. The ride is nice and handles like no other I have ran out there. Do the suspension and new sway bar. You will like it alot.

i would go with tein ss myself but im kind of on a budget, and for what im gonna spend, i will get springs, struts, sturt bars, and bushings... not just the tein kit.
now for the next question, were can i get them were thir available in stock, if i order them from ebay store they will take 3 weeks. kind of ridiculous i think for waiting on springs. not to mention it feels wierd when u pay for something right their and then and don get the merchandise until 3 weeks later.

I would go with Konis and 425/550 GCs.

Tein SS are crap.
