Brakes
if there is cavitation, ie, the wheel shakes left and right a little when you brake, your rotors are most likely a little warped. Brembo blanks are like $40 each if you are running thin anyway, otherwise, a simple resurface and new pads will do you fine.
Nope, your rotors are fine. You probably have some pad transfer or a "slick" spot on your rotors where the material left a glaze on the rotor. This will in turn make the wheel shake under braking because it skips that point on the rotor until you get it worn off.

Shouldn't need new pads and yes this is likely the cause. The deposits stick to the surface and create vibration. Happens at the track all the time.

Mine does the same thing. After I drive a good period of time though, the vibration goes away. Also, someone mentioned Brembo blanks. Not a bad idea. ALSO to go off topic a bit...did you just come out of hibernation knowtomorrow? I haven't seen you post in at least a month.
It actually sounds like warped rotors.. I know that is my problem on the cd5. Umm.. A way to check if they are warped is to take of your front wheels.. Look at the rotors sideways and move them.. see if they really are warped.. Look very closesly too.
Hey Im glad someone missed me. Nah Im hoping to get my avatar back soon. So thats why I quit posting for a little while. But I love posting I do post to much though. Its just i work mac tech support all day Mon-Fri so I have nothing to do. But post stuff and worry about my dear little honda thanks though.
Ok so my brakes are still doing it how long does that usually take to wear off. I know there is know exact but how about an estimate. What is a good brake pad to use. That will not leave to much brake dust but also wont be to hard that it warps my rotors?

well if you want to see if you can get rid off it try this.............
get some 50 grit sandpaper
sand your rotors in a circular fashion all the way around on both sides
see if that eliminates the problem
Everyone is very quick to jump on the warped rotor bandwagon. It takes an extreme amount of heat and/or pressure to warp rotors
