Default AEM Fuel Rail Fitting Q

car: 1995 Ex coupe
Setup: b16 w/bolt ons
Issue: Trying to put a AEM fuel rail on but the fitting they gave where youd normally put the fuel line on doesnt have a hole in it like the OEM fitting so if i just put the oem fuel line on it will simply just not flow.
Looking for the cheapest most effective way to use the oem fuel line. (Couldnt i just drill a hole in the ame fitting to make it like an oem fitting?

Yes, you need to drill a hole for the FPR.

I hope I'm understanding you correctly.

not the fpr side, but where the oem fuel line that comes from the filter. On OEM fuel rail, u slide the ring at the end of the line over the fitting and tighten the bolt on. On aem u can slide the ring over but theres no hole for it to enter into, what should i do, just drill my own hole, does size matter?

Holy crap, I would not drill the hole. If you're off by .01 mm you will see a gas leak. I don't want to see you die.

Post a pic, or contact AEM. You should have a hole either end of the rail, then three holes for the FPR.

I hope this helps.

EDIT: Yeah, a picture of the rail and the fuel feed line from filter would be very helpful just in case.

Ummm....I might be outta line here....but why not call AEM and get the right one?!

There are different fittings based on your setup. Have you even checked whether or not your nut will even thread onto the end of that fitting or not. Honda has two different thread pitches depending on whether the OEM setup has a regular nut, or a pulse damper.

Every honda fuel line from an 88 hf crx to a 2001 gsr has the ring at the end of it which slides onto the fuel rail, the nut fits the aem fitting but the fact remains theres no hole so puttting the fuel line on will flow nothing.
