97 EX motor mount questions?
Apparently, these things go bad pretty often, as I have been told mine have. Is it possible to get any kind of polyurethane motor mount such that vibration will be fixed and they will last longer, and, if so, where can I get them?

You can do it. But expect some vibration and interior rattling as a result.

I'm in need of the front one, but, is there a tutorial or step-by-step somewhere I can use to do it? Also, can I just buy rubber inserts instead of polyurethane for the mount vs. buying the whole mount? (dealership wants to charge me ~$300 for the part and another ~$250 for the labor to install it.) I really just want to find some instructions so I can do it myself.

Use a floor jack and a wooden board to support the motor.. take the nut off the bolt.. pull the bolt out.. put the inserts in.. put the bolt back in... put the nut on and tighten it up. Simple.
