Default TPS or IACV problem no codes w/rev goes up and down

no codes... idles like 1k - 2k, replace the iacv wid a obd1 but needs a obd2.. i heard the obd1 will work... which fixed the problem when it got stuck at 3 rpm.. now it flux up and down, when i unplug the tps car idles good at 1k or 9 but check engine light is on...did a compression test.. and the results ... the two outside was the same and the two inside was alil bit lower +/-5.. i try to check vaccum by carb cleaner and seems like no leaks... when i check the tps for voltage i didnt get a reading, are u suppost unplug it and test ?

im getting really confused, this is my setup, 3bar map sensor w/hondata. no datalogger. jg intake manifold greddy turbo...

Take off the IACV peace and clean the inside with degreaser and spray it with WD40 a little, see if that helps. My IACV is bad and I have a hunting idle too but just +/- 100rpm.

i checked the tps ... good.... rechecked the iavc..good. i still get 1-2k rpm @ idle when warm.

when i unplug the tps, my check engine light will of course tun on and run smooth @ around 1k rpm. soo it cant be a vaccum leak right ? could it be the map sensor ? or ecu problem ? i have hondata but no datalogger. if it was the map how do i test that ? oh btw i have a gm 3 bar map
