I believe also Payne Technologies in Michigan has them as well . DOn't know about price though..http://www.payntechnologies.com/

I sell and install Darton sleeves.
We are also selling deckplated b16 blocks to bring the deck height up to the b18 motors using a b18 crank/rods.
