my 97 b18c (GSR) is idling way too low. Ive mesed around with it and got it to go higher for like a few minets but it still plunges back down. After about 5 minets of driving my idle stays at around 200 - 300 rpms.

Anyone know what i can do to raise it?

 

I'd try taking off your IACV and cleaning the screen.
