Default Would i need an o2 sensor...or not? and what kinda downpipe? confused

ok..long story short.... i can get all the parts need to make a t25 turbo kit for my ls for round 650 bucks total. i know it will be slow, but for 600 bucks it'll be kinda fun. my friend is getting me an hks turbo manifold that fits the b18b and the t25. now im confued as hell about what to do for a downpipe. Can i buy a downpipe from somewhere, and does it have to have an o2 sensor in it? or can i just have no o2 sensor since i already have one further down. im damn confused about what to do. also , if i do need one, where can i get it?

have one custom made unless someone offers a direct bolt in place down pipe (not sure) and ten if u go the custom route tell them to weld in a bung hole (heh) for the O2 sensor. i am in teh process of the same thig right now.
