Default nice/best sounding bov's

ok guys, i'm looking for a nice sounding bov for my gsr settup... i currently have the greddy type r bov but it ain't much of a whistler at low boost so anyone have any feedback ya'll can throw up in here? i've heard the hks ss bov and its +++!!! but i've also heard, from people that the blitz bov is +++ also... any comments or additions? i'd like to know before i make my decision.. thanks!

my hks ssq isnt that loud either b/c I am only running 5 psi, but once you up the boost I have heard that it becomes louder, so you realy dont need to buy a new bov, hope that helps

cool, thanks for the input. still tryin' to decide what to go with. anything on kazza or somewhere where you can download bov sounds? just a thought!

my blitz DD is one of the nicest I have heard. A nice PSHHHHHHH sound...no high pitch whine.

the sounds are different when u raise the boost, but my type s is pretty loud and i'm only using 6 psi. i can hear it around 2-3 blocks out.

i like the hks ss bov, but i am really happy with my Greddy Type S and I feel it sounds the best to me and you can change the sound of it.

and 99% of these BOV posts the guy wants to know which one looks or sounds the best.....because thats why we turbo cars....for looks

i like my blitz because the little filter makes it look cool

Yeah it's funny we never see threads on best functioning bov

I have the Type S, it gets the job done and it sounds good and crisp. No flutter at all, Only thing is the top is a little fruity, but I painted mine black this weekend
