Polishing valve cover: What dremel attachments to use?
I just read all 15 archieved topics that come up when you search. I have a valve cover that is already stripped and semi polished. I would like to know what attachments I should use on my new dremel to get it to shine? Thanks!
Before
After some eagle one polish
How do I get it to shine better? help! Thanks.

I would only use dremel attachments in the tight spaces on the
valve cover. (ie. between the letters).
I used 600-2000 grit sandpaper to sand down oxidation
and flaws. Then used Craftmen's polishing compound.
I know for sure there is some better stuff.
All elbow grease. Or you could be lazy and use
a handheld grinder with a buffing pad attached.

Do you guys sand by hand? Cause it's so tedious...I tried to polish my end tanks on my intercooler and it's taking forever
IMO by hand yields better results due to the fact that you can get in almost any crvice and put even pressure through the whole cover, instead of using a machine you can't feel. thats my opinon i posish most things by hand .
