Do a major tuneup cause even with my H22 I get 250-270 miles on a tank so there is something wrong with your ****. Also check your timing.

check your timing... just a hair off and you can be loosing lots of gas. vafc can help alot but if you dont know how to tune it dont mess with it.
is your tank filling up when you get gas... might be a problem in the tank. could be dented bad or have something in it. check under the car and check the gals each time. should be around 10.2 when close to empty.
