Simple enough question, I'd like to gauge just how many H-T'ers in here own their own shop? I've got questions.. you've got answers

a local shop for once... you guys have some mispelled products and whatnot that are the site btw. ie comtech should be comptech... appoitment should be appointment... etc.

Almost one. Sending in the Certificate of Registration (with parents names on it) this week. Going to be run out of my house selling parts on a website until I'm legal.

Heres some pics of the joint when its actually clean, this place got small quik so we will be moving into a bigger place next month. ITs funny when you dont have a shop you will take anything, but when you have a shop you will always want soemthing bigger.

i dont own a shop, but i may end up opening one up in a few years because of all the friends i help with their cars

We do, but we lose money on every transaction and every service is $10 or free if you're a cute girl.

Run it out of my house because I'm also going to college too. Its just a small business for now while I finish college up next year. I don't have my turbo parts up for sale right now, and haven't done enough work with turbo work to work on someone elses car. But within the next year or so. Experience is key

I own a shop that included a retail store and installation facility for the last 2 1/2 years. in the last 5 months I have reduced it to just parts sales on the phone/email and installation by appointment at my garage.

Last summer I had a great shop, good customers, and a nice location. I also had a dipshit partner. I shut it down in December after 10 months of stress and pain.
Now I'm trying it again. Canada isn't a very friendly business environment, so we'll see how it goes.
