I am going to answer this short cause I know vtecvillian is already typing a reply. P72 (GSR) ECU does not throw a CEL for the secondary butterflies. Your SI already has a MPFI, so you do not have to do that. you will have to use 90-93 integra axles and int., but I heard that 94+ teg and int. will work, but you have to replace the axles seal for the trans. Mounts, I would get HASport. I love the quality and never had a problem with them.

Right on your heels...
Get yourself an OBD0 to OBD1 ECU adapter to make life easier. Of course the HASport EF hydro kit will also come in handy. The wiring is simplified through the adapter, then you will also need to wire up a 4 wire O2, then switch the distributor plugs, injector clips while eliminating the resistor box, etc. The VTEC solenoid, pressure switch (if applicable), knock sensor and so on.
For the axles, you can use 90-93 Integra with corresponding int. shaft, or 94-01 Integra axles and corresponding int. shaft. Using the 90-93 axles will require you to change the driver's side tranny seal if you use a hydo tranny.
That should give you a basic understanding of the work involved. If you want specifics like ECU pinouts and what not, do a search for the wiring and the swap as those are covered reputedly.

Im about to do the same swap. I have a complete 98 gsr usdm motor with s80 tranny and corresponding intermediate and axles. Will the 98's intermediate and axles work with my crx or do i need to go with 90-93.
The comment about the ECU not knowing if the GSR intake manifold "secondary tract" it present is correct.
I know this because I'm collecting parts to do a 95 GSR swap into a 4G civic. To be smog legal here in California you have to have the P72A1 ECU and I located one through a junk yard (HAP) for a reasonable price. Although they have a warranty, it would "time out" prior to my having the car together.
I had a friend swap it into his OBD1 wired car and drive it around the block (non-GSR engine). It didn't throw any codes.
